The system mentioned below ensures the quality and safety of meat products in each step of production. It means that there is no physical, chemical or microbiological contact with the product, which could cause danger to human health.
- In the year 2003 Agrovet implemented the international Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point (HACCP) system.
- In 2004 the EU veterinary health marking (LT 55-05 EB) allows the company to export boneless meat and its products to the EU member states.
- Agrovet holds a certificate authorizing it for the export meat and meat products to Russia.
- The company carries out constant veterinary and hygiene control, inspecting product quality and compliance with standards, and food safety assurance programs.
- At the end of year 2005, "Agrovet" was certificated for BRC safety control system.
